Know in advance:

  • To access the audio-guided tour, you will have to download the app on your phone. After booking, you will receive an SMS with a direct download link for the app and audio guide
  • All visitors are required to submit to a security check. This cannot be skipped, and a lengthy line can form at peak times. The line is uncovered, so bring an umbrella in case of rain
  • Take note that from the beginning of April the ticket includes the fountain show
  • This is a self-guided tour, there is no tour guide at the starting point
  • Strollers must be left at the entrance but can be used in the gardens
  • This activity is available for guests aged 18+

    Uns lagen keine Tickets mit Barcode vor, sodass wir Vorort noch Tickets mit Barcode anfordern mussten und wir erst mit einer Stunde Verspätung ins Schloss kamen. Wir hatten nur Tickets? mit QR-Code. Schade ist, dass der Audio-Guide nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar ist.
