- Cherry tomatoes and/or tomato sauce
- Cured pork cheek or pancetta
- Pecorino Romano or Italian Parmigiano (parmesan)
- White wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
Your host recommends using Italian pasta such as mezze maniche rigate or spaghetti, the preferred brands are: Rummo, De Cecco, Molisana or any other Italian brand.
For the real local taste, your host recommends using an Italian brand of tomatoes like Mutti, Petti or De Cecco.
