What to remember

Know in advance:

pick up your mobile WiFi router from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. Please note that you'll not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router.
you can return your device at any of our counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery
if you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
