What to expect

Enjoy a half-day guided tour of Murano and Burano with transportation and a visit to a glass factory.

Depart from Venice train station, Zattere or Piazza San Marco, and reach Murano. Visit a typical glass factory and see a glass-making demonstration. Then enjoy 1 hour of free time to discover the island. Depart to Burano, famous for its colorful houses and handmade laces. Explore the island for 1 hour before returning back.

If you start from the train station at 10:30 or Zattere at 10:45 with the morning tour, you will go back to San Marco at about 15:30 and you'll have 2 hours of free time to enjoy the center of Venice. At 17:30 a shuttle will take you back to the train station and Zattere.

Itinerary:

From the train station: departure at 10:30 - 1h stop in Murano - 1h stop in Burano - at 15:30 2 hours free time in San Marco - at 17:30 shuttle back to train station and Zattere (arrival at 18:00).From Zattere: departure at 10:45 - 1h stop in Murano - 1h stop in Burano - at 15:30 2 hours free time in San Marco - at 17:30 shuttle back to Zattere (arrival at 17:45).

From San Marco (morning): departure at 11:00 - 1h stop in Murano - 1h stop in Burano - return to San Marco at 15:30.

From San Marco (afternoon): departure at 13:00 - 1h stop in Murano - 1h stop in Burano - return to San Marco at 17:30.
