Beschreibung

Entlang der wunderschönen Küste zu segeln und ein traditionelles kanarisches Mittagessen zu genießen, ist das Rezept, das diese Katamaranfahrt so magisch macht. Zu allem Überfluss gibt es auch noch einen Zwischenstopp zum Schwimmen. Und mit etwas Glück können Sie sogar Delfine und Grindwale sehen, die in den Wellen tanzen. Das ist es, was einen Urlaub ausmacht.

Das Abenteuer beginnt in dem Moment, in dem Sie an Bord gehen und von der freundlichen Crew begrüßt werden. Wenn die Segel den Wind einfangen, fahren Sie Richtung Süden und halten Ausschau nach verspielten Delfinen und majestätischen Grindwalen, die diese warmen, einladenden Gewässer lieben.

Auf halber Strecke ankert Ihr Skipper in der Nähe der abgelegenen Strände von Jandia. Hier können Sie Ihre Zehen in das einladende Wasser tauchen oder einfach nur an Deck entspannen und sich in der Sonne aalen. Der Höhepunkt? Ein traditionelles kanarisches Mittagessen, das direkt an Bord serviert wird, gepaart mit einigen erfrischenden Getränken. This exclusive off-road experience takes you through northern Fuerteventura's pockmarked volcanic landscapes to remote beaches and the fishing village of El Cotillo. On this private tour it's just you, your family or friends, plus the guide, so take it at your own pace. Juan Carlos, one of our local guides, says, ‘You can see a string of volcanic craters behind Corralejo. You visit the largest, Bayuyo, on this safari. The last eruption was about 10,000 years ago, spreading lava and ash across the north of the island, and it actually expanded the island by around 100 square kilometres.'You'll be whisked down rural trails and past lava fields as we zoom through Fuerteventura's scarred landscapes. Stopping at Bayuyo's scorched flanks, you'll get to see the crater up close. Juan Carlos adds, ‘A scurry of chipmunks is often waiting there to see if anyone has brought them a snack. They love nuts.' From here, you'll traverse arid terrain in your 4x4 until you reach the beachside hamlet of Majanicho on the northwest coast.Next, you'll follow sandy tracks parallel to the coastline until the splendid beaches and lagoons of El Cotillo come into view. Enjoy some free time in El Cotillo and the chance to grab some dinner. There's a great variety of eateries, so take your pick – tasty tapas in a typical Canarian bar, fresh fish straight to your plate. Stroll to the harbour or enjoy the view from Tostón castle while the sun sinks slowly into the ocean.

Oasis Wildlife Fuerteventura Ticket

Oasis Wildlife is home to a huge variety of birds, reptiles and African animals, living as close to their natural habitat as possible. There's a successful breeding programme here and recent arrivals include giraffes, sea lions and hippos. Get up close to many of them at the sea lion, reptile and birds of prey shows. In between shows, you can come eye-to-eye with the giraffes on the viewing platform, laugh at the antics of the cheeky chimps, admire the elephants and take pictures of the meerkats, otters, zebras and hippos – the list is endless. And there's no better way to navigate this rugged and somewhat unforgiving terrain is on this full-day 4x4 tour.You'll head straight for the island's central mountains. Heading off-road onto hairpin tracks, you'll bump around the lunar-like landscapes of the Roque de Moro, one of the island's highest volcanic peaks. Here, you'll get breathtaking views over the buffeted west coast before dropping down to Cofete.
