En hvalsafari i Faxaflói-bugten uden for Reykjavik og et besøg på udstillingen Whales of Iceland vil give dig et godt indblik i disse fantastiske dyrs liv. Du vælger selv, om du vil starte med en hvalsafari eller en tur til udstillingen Whales of Iceland, de ligger ca. 12 minutters gang fra hinanden.

Kom ombord på en klassisk eller ekspres hvalobservationstur, hvor du kan se hvaler i deres naturlige habitat. Pukkelhvaler, vågehvaler, hvidnæbede delfiner og marsvin ses ofte i Faxaflói-bugten. Det kan være svært at forstå, hvor store disse dyr er i vandet, men på udstillingen Whale of Iceland kan du se modeller i fuld skala af dem og få en bedre forståelse. Sea very rough, when you were booking in they offered you an anti sickness tablet. So you were pre warned. Guide on boat knowledgeable. Saw a whale what more can you ask for. Recommended but wrap up warm

The tour guide was really informative and knowledgeable. The tour saw lots of whale activity which was amazing to see them in their natural habitat. Communication prior to the trip was very good. Tour provided an option of extra clothing to keep warm as it is very cold on the tour.
