Get comfortably picked up from your hotel in Khao Lak, and enjoy a light breakfast with coffee and tea, before starting your speedboat cruise to the Similan Islands.

You'll begin with a snorkel stop at Koh Miang, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of its white beaches; followed by Koh Payu, where you can dive surrounded by hard and soft corals. After a short cruise, you will arrive at Ko Bangu, one of the best snorkelling spots for its varied fish life.

Before heading back to Khao Lak, enjoy one more stop, to savour a delicious picnic lunch on a secluded on Koh Similan.

Hotel pickup service is available in Khao Lak. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please wait for your pickup at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the indicated time.

Accessibility:

  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 4, people over 69, and people with back or neck problems

Know in advance:

  • Important, upon booking please send a copy of the passport ID page for all travellers to the local operator, it will be shared with the Thai Marine Department, and it's compulsory to confirm the tour. Local operator contacts can be found in the voucher after booking
  • Important, on the day of the tour, please also bring a digital photo of the passport on your phone or a copy of the passport to the trip
  • Please note, you'll have to indicate your accommodation address for pickup at the time of booking; there is the option to change the accommodation after booking at an extra fee of 300 THB per person
  • The speedboat will carry you as close to the beach as possible, so you can hop off and on easily
  • Wear flip-flops in case there are shells or rocks on the sand and shorts rather than pants as the water level may be above the knees when hopping off/on the boat
  • It's suggested to get enough sleep the night before the tour
  • There is a minimum of 15 people required to run this activity, on the rare occasion that the trip gets cancelled, the local operator will inform you in advance and offer a different travel date, an alternative activity or provide a full refund

Remember to bring:

  • Please bring a towel, a waterproof bag, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip-flops and a camera

    Great vessel and staff were super-attentive. Not at all like a day trip, more like a day out with friends who anticipated and provided for our every need. Fun assured. Plenty to drink and amazing high-quality snacks ( ice cream cones at sea? How did they even do that?!). Organised, kind, efficient, ready to take on all challenges and delivered one amazing experience. Beautiful islands. Stretched our budget but what was delivered was priceless. Strongly recommend and thank you Wow Andaman xxxx
