Hotel pick-up is available from selected areas, including Mataram, Senggigi, and Kuta Lombok. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If you are staying outside the standard pick-up area, an alternative meeting point will be arranged. The exact meeting point and time will be confirmed after booking. For self-arrival guests, detailed directions to the ATV base camp will be provided via email or WhatsApp after the reservation.
