Good planning with doing the toboggan first and then gardens but overall price is expensive compared to independent price.

The trip ran very efficiently, all parts ran on time with very little waiting around. Our guide Christina kept us well informed about what was happening next and her knowledge about her subject was very informative and well delivered. Excellent value for money too.

The coach did not arrive at our hotel, it went to the sister hotel. We were staying at a 5 star hotel & the e-ticket did not clearly identify the collection point. Our hotel services even checked the ticket & confirmed that the coach would collect at the hotel. We had to arrange a trip at our own further cost.

Was billed as a half day tour. Pick up at 8am. Taxi into town to be loaded on the bus and spend 90 minutues driving around Funchal waiting outside hotels and picking people up. The order of the tour changed which wasn't the end of the world. Guided bus tour was basically the same info 3 times about the owner of the Tropical gardens. Then at the end of the tour, dropped the last people to be picked up first and another 1h 15minutes driving around. Back to the hotel at 2:45pm! 2-4 hours == 7!
