We enjoyed it but it is way too expensive for what it is. It is the one thing I wouldn’t do again when I go back.

Even though I booked this excursion through TUI it transpires we were booked on a 3rd party company. Everything was fine but transfers were confusing with pickup at a bus stop a 20 minute walk from our hotel and we had to change busses.

All went to plan, had a lovely afternoon in the lagoon. The only thing that spoilt it was the bus driver picking us up at 4.15 left early so we was stuck there. You state there's a bus every hour at 15 minutes past but the 19.15 was not running so we were stuck there for another hour. Not happy.

No issues with the trip. Very well organised and all timings were perfect. Scored 8 on value as it was expensive.

The bus failed to pick us up so after alot of phone calls by the hotel receptionist and 30 mins wait to get through to the bus company one finally arrived to take us to the pick up point. She even rang the blue lagoon to explain what happened and pushed our arrival time back for us. After that the experience was amazing.
