Retken kuvaus

This small group Golden Circle tour combined with a bathing experience in the Blue Lagoon is the ultimate treat. Lead by an experienced driver guide, you will have the chance to see all the highlights of this popular route, in a smaller group so you can make the most out of your experience.

You will explore Thingvellir National Park, a historic and geological landmark and a UNESCO heritage site. It is known for being the place where the country's first-ever parliament was established, but it's also the best place on earth to view the North Atlantic Divergent Ridge. You'll then make a stop at the Great Geysir for a spot of geothermal wonders. Feel the power from the heat in the ground, breathe the sulfuric steam from the hot water and see the spectacular eruptions performed by a geyser called Strokkur, which erupts every 5 to 10 minutes.

The Gullfoss waterfall is considered to be the most beautiful of Iceland’s 30,000 waterfalls. You will make a stop there before traveling to Kerið crater, a striking crater lake filled with milky blue-green water and surrounded by stark black and deep red slopes.

You will visit the Blue Lagoon, where you'll enjoy a soothing bathing session in the relaxing geothermal waters.

First, I want to say that our driver/guide, Hetla (sp?) was FANTASTIC! She was fun, interesting, knowledgeable and provided an outstanding experience! The reason I'm only rating this overall "satisfactory" was the bus... It was an older bus with significant signs of wear and the wifi didn't work.
