Certes, l'Algarve est célèbre pour ses belles plages, mais la campagne offre de petites merveilles. Cette excursion exclusive vous emmène dans les montagnes pour visiter les villes empreintes d'histoire de Silves et de Monchique et le mont Foia, et même déguster des spécialités locales en cours de route.

Nous débuterons à Silves, situé au cœur du pays de l'orange et au pied des hauts plateaux. Vous monterez au château pour admirer le paysage qui s'offre à vous. Au cours de la visite, vous en apprendrez plus sur le passé Maure des lieux et pourrez déguster une pâtisserie et un jus d'orange au bar. L'excursion se poursuit dans les montagnes de Monchique, où nous nous arrêterons dans un restaurant pour le manger le midi.

Vous continuerez vers le mont Foia, le point le plus élevé de l'Algarve offrant des vues panoramiques sur la campagne. Un arrêt est prévu dans une boutique pour y déguster de la liqueur avant de rejoindre Monchique pour explorer ses rues pavées et ses boutiques traditionnelles. La journée se termine à Caldas de Monchique par une promenade guidée dans un jardin riche en arbres endémiques et par une dégustation d'eau minérale.

Västra Algarve med Lagos, Sagres och Cabo de São Vicent

På den guidade rundturen besöker man Praça do Infante för att se Henrik Sjöfararens staty och den byggnad som fungerade som Portugals första slavmarknad. Efteråt kan du välja att äta lunch, shoppa eller utforska staden.Därefter åker vi till Sagres för att beundra fästningen från 1400-talet, där du kan utforska området och beundra den imponerande arkitekturen samtidigt som du får lära dig mer om regionens sjöfartshistoria. Guidad utflykt till Silves och Monchique-bergen i Portugal

Algarve är känt för sina vackra stränder, men dess landsbygd är också fylld med små pärlor. På denna unika utflykt beger du dig till Monchique-bergen för att besöka de historiska städerna Silves och Monchique samt berget Foia. Dessutom får du smaka på några lokala godsaker längs vägen.Först ut är Silves, i hjärtat av det apelsinodlande landet vid foten av höglandet. Här kan du njuta av panoramautsikt över landsbygden. Du kommer också att besöka en butik för en likörprovning. Sedan bär det av till Monchique för att utforska kullerstensgatorna och de traditionella butikerna. Dagen avrundas i Caldas de Monchique med en guidad promenad genom en trädgård med endemiska träd och provsmakning av mineralvatten.

Lissabon från Algarve med sightseeingbuss och ledig tid

Få huvudstäder är så mångfacetterade som Lissabon. Gör dig redo för en spektakulär utsikt över staden när du korsar den Golden Gate-liknande 25 april-bron över floden Tejo till strandpromenaden i stadsdelen Belém. Du kommer att få se Belémtornet, Upptäckarmonumentet och mycket mer. Gonçalo berättar: ”Belémtornet byggdes i början av 1500-talet och är en ikonisk symbol för Portugals upptäckternas tidsålder. En gång i tiden stod det på en liten ö nära flodstranden, men eftersom flodens lopp ändrades står det nu nära stranden. Under årens lopp har den fungerat som en försvarspunkt, en fyr, ett tullhus och till och med ett fängelse.Därefter åker du buss för sightseeing och passerar bland annat Basilica Estrela. Din guide kommer sedan att peka ut de bästa områdena i staden att kolla in under din lediga tid - oavsett om du föredrar att shoppa, äta middag eller bara promenera gator kantade med imponerande byggnader från Portugals kejserliga dagar. Du återvänder till Algarve via Vasco da Gama-bron - den längsta i Europa.
