Your day kicks off at the historic town of Medina Sidonia. Located atop a strategic hill, its winding alleys have witnessed the rise and fall of countless civilisations. Then it's on to Yeguada de la Cartuja – Hierro del Bocado stud farm in the grounds of a former Carthusian monastery.
