Votre journée démarre au village historique de Medina-Sidonia. Situé au sommet d'une colline stratégique, ses vallées sinueuses ont été témoins de la montée et de la chute d'innombrables civilisations. Profitez d'une visite guidée et de temps libre et observez notamment les ruines du château et l'église Renaissance-gothique de Sainte-Marie de la Couronne.

Place ensuite au haras Yeguada de la Cartuja – Hierro del Bocado sur les terres d'un ancien monastère chartreux. Dans la plus importante réserve génétique de chevaux chartreux espagnols de pure race au monde, vous admirez la force et la beauté des célèbres chevaux andalous dans une démonstration de poulains en liberté, de dressage classique et bien plus encore. Vous pourrez aussi jeter un œil aux prés des étalons, à la salle des harnais, aux remises à calèches et à l'étable des juments.
