It was very crowded, a bit like a cattle pen and having to wear masks made the journey very uncomfortable. Having already got our tickets, courtesy of the guide it wasn't clear how we got past the queue to get into line. The views abd the walks were absolutely spectacular and well worth the claustrophobic journey.

Monastery of Montserrat Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

As the spiritual heart of Catalonia, Montserrat is one of Europe's top pilgrimage sites. This famous Benedictine abbey occupies a striking location at the foot of towering rock formations in the Montserrat mountain range near Barcelona, Spain.
