Buggy Safari, Rafting, Offroad Safari e Zipline in Turchia

The views are amazing and the water is fresh and beautiful. The buggy’s and rafting were both enjoyable. However, there was no 4x4 tour which was also advertised as an off-road adventure. We were taken around in an old Ford transit van which actually had holes in the floor (I took photos) with no seat belts. The zip lines did not feel safe whatsoever. When you take off on the first one all you can see is an immense amount of litter in the form of alcohol bottle crates which ruins the area.

Wir wurden nicht informiert das die Tour ausfällt . 07:00 Uhr sollten wir abgeholt werden . Wir standen um 06:45 Uhr zur Abholung bereit . Bis jetzt keine Information. Sehr Schade , ans Telefon ist auch keiner gegangen, wir haben es mehrfach mit den Mitarbeitern im Hotel probiert.

Sehr einfache Abwicklung. Bei Fragen stand uns der Guide schon im Vorfeld per WhatsApp zur Seite. Abholung vom Hotel lief reibungslos. Die Tour selber war echt gut. ???? klare Empfehlung, auch mit jüngeren Kindern. Unser Guide „Mario“ war einfach klasse ????. Worauf man die Leute nur im Vorfeld hinweisen sollte, das es ein Fotografen gibt und man die Bilder kaufen kann. Dank Mario, haben wir sie im Nachgang noch bekommen. Allein für die Leute würde ich gerne 11 von 10 Sternen geben.

Einfach Genial, eines der besten TUI Erlebnisse die ich je hatte. Ich war mit meiner Tochter 12 Jahre, bei diesem Ausflug. Wir hatten zunächst gebucht weil der Mix echt toll klang. Dann hatten wir einige negative Bewertungen gelesen, die uns verunsichert haben. Was wir aber ziemlich schnell merkten war das es absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist wie man hier etwas negatives sagen kann. Von A-Z alles einfach Genial, absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

This was a very difficult day for us. There was no tui rep, no English rep. A Anex rep met us and hardly spoke English then spoke for the whole journey in Russian, when confronted to help us understand she said she is giving local information which she can only give in Russian. We started to feel very unsafe at this point. Travelling with two kids on my own this was not ok. Once we got to the attraction. Everything was in Russian and my daughter started to get upset as we didn't understand the r

So, the positive is that you definitely get your moneys worth as a lot packed in a day, which can be viewed as both positive or negative. Not a lot of the staff spoke English, which impacted the whole day. English speakers, spent majority of the day not knowing what was going on. No idea on instructions being given. Not much knowledge of the health and safety aspect because of that. Just a state of complete confusion, and feeling disregarded as there was there was barely any interaction.
