    Der Easy-City Pass war sehr umständlich zu bekommen. Es hat uns 3 Stunden gekostet, bis uns der Pass ausgehändigt wurde. Die Mitarbeiter der BVG und der VBB kannten den Vaucher der TUI nicht. Zunächst mussten wir quer durch Berlin fahren, um zum angegebenen Reisezentrum zu gelangen, dann ewig lange mit der TUI telefonieren. Wie gesagt, hat uns 3 Stunden kostbare Zeit gekostet.

    Ich war mit guten Gewissen in Berlin rund um die Uhr mit meiner Tochter unterwegs das zusenden via Mail im Voraus und die Anpassung des Zeitfenstern in dem ich ihn benötigte war sehr Kundenfreundlich!
