The pick up re journey to Kennedy. We had to travel by ourselves 14 miles to be picked up.at ICON even though there was a pick up from same bus only 2 miles away. Informed by Grays that as an Express ticket booking there is only option of bus pick up at the ICON centre which added over 90 mins to our transfer

The trip itself was great. We were picked up on time and the tour guide helped everyone plan their visit to get the most out of their day. The only disappointment for us was the pickup location. It was a fair distance from the hotel and ended up costing us an additional $40 each way for a taxi, even though the coach did a pickup from a nearby hotel.

The hotel pick up and drop offs were a long way apart which meant you were on the bus a long time making the journey a lot longer than it needed to be (it took 2 hours to get home - the space centre is approx 45 mins away). The trip however was great and we loved the space centre. Possibly another hour would have been good to get everything done as we ran out of time.
