L'edificio del museo è un'ex stazione ferroviaria molto fotogenica, con una facciata in stile Beaux-Arts e uno scheletro interno in ferro. Nella piazza adiacente, potrete ammirare le sei sculture costruite in occasione dell'Esposizione Universale del 1900, ognuna rappresentante un continente diverso.
