this was cancelled last minute as it was 'too warm' depsite it being -14. the reps at the hotel took zero responsibility and even said that it was a 3rd party supplier that they no longer work with despite me booking the trip via the TUI app, getting a TUI confirmation now here I am completing TUI feedback on the trip that they 'have nothing to do with' An absolute joke that has left a lasting bad taste in our mouth. I am yet to receive my full refund which has ********** me off further.

The experience begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi in a comfortable 4×4 vehicle. After a short drive to the private base, you'll receive full safety instructions and gear up with helmets and warm thermal clothing. Each snowmobile is shared by two guests, with plenty of time for both to drive and enjoy the views.
As you glide through the snowy wilderness, you'll have the chance to enjoy the stillness, take photos, and, if the skies are clear, witness the Northern Lights. After the ride, you'll gather around a campfire for a cosy barbecue of grilled sausages and hot drinks before returning to the city. This adventure offers an exciting mix of Arctic exploration and comfort.
