Op weg naar het oude centrum van de stad heb je 2 fotostops: Burj Al Arab en het Palace of Ruler of Dubai-Sheikh Mohammed. Vervolgens passeer je het 150 jaar oude Al Fahidi Fort in het hart van Dubai, ook wel bekend als het Dubai Museum.

Vervolgens brengt een ritje in de lokale watertaxi, Abra genaamd, je over de Dubai Creek. Je zult genieten van de waterkant vanaf de zee en naar de eigenaardige wijk Deira gaan waar de souq nestelt.
