There needs to be more information about accessibility of the venue and the staff should be a bit more patient and polite. The experience of seeing the horses was amazing but lack of information let the overall experience down.

Just repetitive

After arriving by taxi to the event to be told the trip was cancelled. With no communication from tui what so ever.

Lovely experience. Venue was wonderful and easy to get to from directions etc given by staff

Unfortunately we were late docking that morning and despite getting a taxi we were late arriving. It was our fault that I hadn’t realised that our vouchers needed to be taken to the ticket office to be given an actual ticket with our seat number on. I think this could be made clearer. However, the actual performance was very enjoyable with commentary in English as well as German.
