Then, you'll hope on your bike to cycle through Phang Nga farmland, passing through pineapple fields and a Buddhist forest retreat. Pause at Thai Muang Beach for lunch with a sea view before peddling on to Ta Teang Lake for a final freshwater swim surrounded by jungle.
