Passeio de barco em Capri saindo de Sorrento com embarque opcional

Somente o passeio de barco em volta da ilha e o passeio de teleférico foram bons, no mais a experiência foi negativa. A equipe da empresa até se esforçou no atendimento, tendo ônibus no trecho entre o local onde estávamos hospedado e o porto, mas o movimento e o atendimento na ilha não foram bons.

When booking with TUI we got a confirmation via ticket of a pick-up at our hotel. However, the morning before the excursion, we got an email from the 1/3 party provider stating that we had to make our own way to another hotel at a taxi cost of 30€. We have been communicating with the provider that was unwilling to accept the original pick-up location. Got further communication at 23.44 telling us the cancellation time was not possible. Overall very poor communication and customer service.
