O que fazer em Teide
O Teide é um vulcão localizado na ilha de Tenerife, nas Ilhas Canárias. É o pico mais alto do país, com uma altitude de 3.718 metros acima do nível do mar e 7.500 metros acima do leito oceânico. É o terceiro vulcão mais alto e volumoso do planeta, apenas ultrapassado pelos vulcões Mauna Loa e Mauna Kea, no Havai. A sua imponente altitude fez com que durante a época da expansão europeia o Teide fosse considerado como a montanha mais alta do mundo, pois os navegadores espanhóis, portugueses e britânicos usavam-no como farol na navegação pelo Oceano Atlântico em direção ao sul.
O Teide é o monumento natural mais emblemático do Arquipélago Canário e uma das suas principais atrações turísticas da região, visitado por milhões de pessoas por ano. O vulcão faz parte do Parque Nacional do Teide, que foi declarado Património Mundial da Humanidade pela UNESCO em 2007. Um merecido reconhecimento, já que é o exemplar mais completo de vegetação de solo supra-mediterrânico que existe e uma das manifestações mais espetaculares de vulcanismo em todo o mundo. Se visitar o parque, não deixe de andar no teleférico: a estação base está a 2.356 metros de altitude e a estação mais alta a 3.555 metros. Ao chegar ao topo o panorama é extraordinário!

“Well to start I had travel sickness, a hour into the journey. When I told lady. She did say what do u like to do go back or carry on . The thing was how would I get back. Taxi ? So I carry on with 3 more stops but when to sat at front of . Of coach this was on the 4th of September.. , I didn't take my sickness tablet.
