No one showed up to collect us, had to wait 2 hours until our tui rep responded who advised we shouldn’t have booked an experience online prior to coming as this often happens, if this is the case online booking shouldn’t even be an option let alone encouraged. Our rep contacted the tour operator who advised they were never informed of the booking, incredibly disappointing experience and we still have not received a refund.
