What to expect

Enjoy a visit to Delphi and Parnassus with this guided tour! You will start your tour from Athens and drive through the city of Thieves. You will see the spot where Oedipus killed his father according to the Aeschylus tragedy and stop at the ski resort village of Arachova.

Then, you will reach Delphi and visit the archaeological site and museum, the temple of Athena, the gymnasium and the Kastalia spring. You will then have some time for lunch and proceed towards the Corycian cave, located in the Parnassus National Park.

You will finally reach Thermopylae and admire the 300 Spartans battlefield from the top of the mountain, the ancient hot gates and the Leonidas and 300 Spartans monument.

    Solo traveller

    Complete tour met eat extra's. Je stopt langs plaatsen met een beeldschonen uitzicht. De tourgids vertelt alles over de geschiedenis. Orakel van Delphi, eten in Delphi, De Corcsische grot, en de hot gates(thermopylae) natuurlijk waar koning Leonidas en de 300 spartanen vochten. De tourgids is in goed engels en laat goede indruk achter. Nog steeds aan het nagenieten. Koeling in de busje, voorzien van water. Deze tour is een must! Duurd rond 12 uur maar het was het waard.
