What to expect

Visit the Ayutthaya Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with a full-day guided tour and learn about Buddhist history, culture, and local architecture.

Depart from Bangkok and see Bang Pa-In Royal Palace on the route. Once arrived, learn how in the 18th century, much of Ayutthaya was destroyed by Burmese invaders and look at nature overhanging the site with the Buddha's heads.

Explore Wat Mahathat and other fascinating ancient religious sites. Here, admire a decapitated Buddha head sitting nestled between ancient tree roots. Continue to Wat Mongkol Borpit, known for its enormous seated Buddha statue.

Finally, be guided to the most important complex of the ancient Thai capital, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, and then explore Wat Chaiwatthanaram, known for its towering stone chedis.

    El recorrido es bastante completo y la guía como el conductor muy amables. Solo a la guía le falta un poco de manejo del idioma, de todas formas se agradece venir a un país tan lejano y que hayan personas que te explican en otro idioma no propio.
