Making your own way to Alfaz Del Pi, you'll enter the Mendoza Winery. Built by Enrique Mendoza in the 1970's, it mixes modern science with age-old techniques to create some of the best wines in the region.
On a guided tour of their ageing cellars you'll learn all there is to know about the variety of wines they produce. Afterwards, you'll move onto their pretty garden terrace where you'll get the chance to sample crisp whites and deep reds, all accompanied by their perfect snack pairing.
