    Once we were in and going up it was lovely to see so far around . But unfortunately was spoiled while waiting to go on ,it was last Monday at 6 we arrived and went though the security there was no shelter to wait in , it was extremely windy and cold , not a pleasant experience at all ..

    Booking the tickets was easy, however , I do not recall it saying that we needed to go to the ticket office to collect our tickets. I would of expected a bar code or QR code to have been sent to me After getting the tickets the rest was easy & well organised.The guys at the bag search area wwre good
