What to expect

Dubai sounds different from 450 meters (1,400 feet) in the air. While the view is breathtaking, the experience is at a whole different level. You also have the chance to enjoy the most beautiful hour in Dubai, the golden hour.

You will be dazzled by the sunset view with the city's glistening lights and the desert wrapped up in a magical red glare. Step out on to the Burj Khalifa's open-air terrace for a 360-degree panorama of the city, sea and desert.

Meeting point:

Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

What to remember

Temporary Update: if your visit takes place before 1 March 2025, you can receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 72 hours before the experience begins. As of 1 March 2025, At The Top will no longer offer free cancellations; all bookings will be considered final purchases and non-refundable
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues
No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
Don't forget to bring your ID or passport with you
Service animals are not allowed on the tour
No food or drinks are allowed

Es hat super geklappt. Man sollte frühzeitig da sein. Die gesamte Abwicklung dauert ca. 45 - 60 Minuten bis man oben ist. Dafür wird man dann belohnt.
