Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.
What to remember

  • Service animals and pets
  • Food and drinks

Know in advance:

  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
  • For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
  • If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot
  • The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
  • Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues
  • No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am
  • Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

    Obwohl es ein teurer Ausflug war, haben wir es genossen. Der Ausblick von der 124. Etage ist völlig ausreichend, da alle anderen Häuser kleiner sind. Unsere verlorene Sonnenbrille wurde schnell gefunden und uns beim Verlassen bereits übergeben. Was mich sehr geärgert hat sind die höchst überteuerten Bilder-Preise. Ich hätte so gerne ein paar genommen, aber für ein Bild wollten die 71 Euro haben. Ich habe keins gekauft. Irgendwo hört der Spaß auf.
