  • You need to buy 1 ticket per luggage (i.e 2 bags 2 tickets)

    Overall rate is GOOD because the service fulfilled the expectation. At the same time, the location was not easy to find and the assistant acceptance of the voucher was not quick.

    Travelled as a couple

    The hotel used for storage is very close to the train station and easy to find, the process once arriving at the hotel to drop our bags was quick and easy, as was the collection. Staff were very helpful. I realised when I received the confirmation email from the storage company that the booking was incorrect so I had to phone them to correct it, however it was corrected quickly and easily.

    2 x für verschiedene Daten gebucht. Einer davon sollte storniert werden. Allerdings wurde seitens Musements der falsche storniert. Auf Mails mit der Bitte um Klärung wird nicht reagiert
