We were picked up from our hotel before lunch so couldn’t eat. We then waited an hour at the park for our tour guide to turn up. He had been with 2 other groups in Mombasa and I was rudely told we had to wait for those groups to have lunch! We only spent 1hr 45mins in the park, not 3 hours, and the guide didn’t know much - told us a tortoise there was 300 years old! Clearly guides were trying to maximise profits by combining groups and that ruined our day. Wasted money for me and upsetting.
