From pick-up in van to clearwater water went very smoothly. Paul our host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seeing the dolphins on the screamer speedboat was a bonus as last time we did not see any.The weather was fantastic no rain this time we will use this service next time we are in Orlando thank-you
