    Excellent day out. Staff very good and fun, alcohol flowing. Transfer also very well organised and air conditioned! My one mention would be the food wasn’t piping hot. But it was plentiful and tasty. I mean it’s surf and turf in the ocean with chips so it hits the spot after some partying, swimming and coco loco

    Excellent experience from start to finish. Always unexpected and excellent surprises on the way. And the snack is far from a snack! Full plate of surf and turf cooked to perfection. The snorkelling with fish just topped the whole experience off

    The staff were amazing. The main guy was living his best life and made it a really enjoyable experience. The food was incredible, best food we have had on an excursion. What we didn't like was the communication with TUI which was shocking and disappointing.

    The allocated driver was late. No explanation but TUI (Nimo) did let us know it was delayed. TUI don’t publish a collection time - why? The trip to the vessel was scary! It was as if on a rollercoaster, we overtook on blind bends, opposite of the road was the norm! When we got there we were informed that it was an adult only trip and children couldn’t go, so I had to pay $75 (14yrs) despite the TUI website not stipulating this. Overall, way overpriced. Staff on board brilliant, trip not so.

    Great company, food, fun, relaxing and informative. Only one slight negative, if you’ve not snorkelled before, a quick demo would have helped. No complaints though.

    It was well organised and interesting throughout, fabulous crew who were very attentive to everyone’s needs. Alcohol flowed and a good time was had by all !
