The guide who took us around Gran Canaria was amazing. Funny, engaging and knowledgable. However, the transfer staff from Tenerife were appalling. No communicaton, didn’t know what the plan was or what we were to do once reaching Gran Canaria. On the way back, we had no coach and the rep didn’t tell us what was happening. She got on our mini bus eventually when left us half was to the hotels with no explanation as to what was as happening. Not impressed.

Great experience loved the aquarium and learned alot at the rum distillery. Only issue would be the amount of time spent doing the activities to travel an hour in each place didn't seem long enough. But can't help travel times overall very good

Was not as advertised and times were short at the aquarium only an hour and half, and was told we were going to a rum factory which was not what we wanted or was in the advert for the trip when we booked it

Brilliant day in Gran Canaria, made great for us because our guide Selina spoke English extremely well, was nice and clear in her diction, and did not gabble. She was very knowledgable about her island, culture and history, and made our tour very interesting.
