Arrived at location. Nothing to show where to wait, wandered round for 10 minutes. Tuk tuk pulled up 1 minute before our time slot, and put out an a board. Got on tuk tuk, 2 with back to driver, and 2 facing. Driver could not be heard by the 2 facing forwards so we changed seats and someone relayed information, such as this is a good supermarket. Drove into a car park to see tourist boats, then past some new apartments then up a hill, then back to drop off. No volcano info or visuals.
