Disappointed. Bus was very full so we had to sit at the back of lower deck with an impaired view. Tour took us round the city but seemed to focus too much on modern government, administrative academic buildings with very little in terms of heritage and history, Beethoven etc. Service timetable didn't look frequent enough to be able to take advantage of hop on and off and explore more
