Discover the differences between the 100-year-old Lambic and the youngest brewery in town with this craft brewery tour in Brussels!
As you step into a bar specialized in Lambic beers, grab your first beer and pair it with some chocolate offered by your host. The guide will show you some of the key brewing ingredients to illustrate the complex process that lays behind the beer you’re sipping.
When glasses are empty, you'll head to a family brewery where Lambic, Gueuze, Faro, and Kriek are created and where nothing has changed since 1900. Red copper containers, barrels, and walls full of bottles will constitute the scenery of your visit. You'll follow the malt in its journey and explore the places and machinery where the magic of brewing happens.
Then, you'll visit the youngest brewery in town and may even get a chance to be a pioneer and savor their new monthly creation or to sip the unfinished beer from the brew kettles.
The tour ends in the coolest bar, packed with locals, where you'll enjoy one of Belgium’s traditional beers like a Trappist, Lambic, or Triple.
