Follow this by laying yourself down on a treatment bench for an invigorating body scrub, which will leave your skin feeling incredibly cleansed and exfoliated.
Next up is a foam massage. Lay back and drift into a state of super-relaxation as the foam is worked expertly into your back and limbs. And there's also the option of a soothing oil massage – the height of relaxation.
