Know in advance:
- open 7 days a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm, 365 days of the year. Airboat tours depart every 25 minutes. Final airboat departure at 4.00pm daily. No prior reservations required for general tours
- special schedule for December 23 and 26 and January 1: tours will start just after 9.00am until 3.30pm with a final tour at 5.00pm when the exhibits close. December 24th: tours will start just after 9.00am and will run every 20-30 minutes until the final tour at 2.00pm when the exhibits close
- please note hours of operation are subject to change based on seasons or inclement weather. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
- children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 are required to wear a life jacket for safety
- infants 8 months or younger are NOT allowed to ride the airboat
