Mystic Mountain Silver

We booked the silver package but we're told we had to wait until 4:30pm for our transfer back to our hotel because all the others on the trip were on an all day excursion including Dunns river falls. We had to make our own way back or wait for 3 and a half hours. This shouldn't be the case and excursions shouldn't be mixed leaving people stranded

The experience was okay, staff at the mystic mountains where pleasant but the transfer was an absolute nightmare, we thought the excursion was 2 hours we understood the transfer would take longer making it 6 hours in total, when we arrived at the mystic mountains it was half 10 we were told our transfer back would be 4pm due to another couple doing the dunns river falls aswell meaning we were stuck for 6 hours with very limited activities. We were ready for going back after 2 hours.

Cant fault it , expected one zipline but had to do 5 !!!! and a rickety rope bridge , we loved the whole experience . We were really disappointed that the cameras were not working as we would have loved a keepsake photo . Big shout out to the zipwire boys whole made it extra special with their comments and jokes . Xxxx

The lady who did our zip wire was brilliant really made it a lot of fun

Definitely worth doing the full experience gold or platinum rather than silver as 4 hours is too long and once you're there you'll want to do more than 1 experience and it's more expensive there. Pick up & collection on time no problems
