Once you've collected the pass from the city centre, enjoy all the travel options it offers, such as:

  • In zones 1 to 3: travels in Paris and the close suburbs
  • In zones 1 to 5: travels in Paris, the close suburbs & until Orly/CDG airports, Disneyland and Versailles

How to choose your zones? Check the photo gallery to see the zones on the map.

Depending on which zones you select, Paris Transport allows you to travel on: metro lines, RER lines (RATP and SNCF), Île-de-France bus lines (RATP and OPTILE, except those circulating on Jetbus, Allobus Roissy CDG, tourist excursion and Air France networks), tramway lines and the Montmartre funicular.

Meeting point:
Collect your Navigo Easy at the Tourist Office of Paris located near the Eiffel Tower. Métro : Bir-Hakeim (ligne 6) - RER : Champ-de-Mars - Tour Eiffel (ligne C) - Vélib' : station 7023.
What to remember

Know in advance:

  • Passes cannot be used from the 20th July 2024 up to 08th September 2024 due to Paris Olympic Games
  • The pass is to be redeemed in the city centre (cannot be used from the airport)
  • To get your pass, you'll need to redeem your voucher at the tourist office of Paris, located near the Eiffel Tower
  • The validity period goes from the first day at 12 am to the last day until 12 am
  • Public transport is free for children under 4 years old
  • Any closures (strikes, public holidays, etc.) and exceptional free admission will not lead to the refund, nor the extension of the duration of tickets

    Zeer eenvoudig en makkelijk te gebruiken alleen stom dat je hem ter plaatse moet afhalen wij hebben nog tickets moeten kopen aangezien ons hotel niet in het centrum ligt hebben wd tickets voor de metro moeten kopen om onze pas af te halen

    Buchung war sehr unkompliziert - E-Mails sehr verständlich.Ticket nicht ab Flughafen verwendbar, da man den Voucher erst in Paris bei einer bestimmten Touristeninformation umtauschen muss. Sprich man hat Zusatzkosten für ein Ticket, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Touristeninformation schwer auffindbar!

    Ich war damit sehr zufrieden und hole es im Fremdenverkehrsverein ab und dann hat man eine sorgenfreie Zeit. Ich kann es jedenfalls jedem empfehlen.

    Wir haben leider keine richtige Karte erhalten. Da man diese nicht gefunden hat. Wir haben dann so eine Ppierkarte erhalten auf der wir mit Datum unterschreiben mussten. Wir konnten zwar damit fahren, nur darf die Karte nicht mit Handy oder Schlüssel zusammen kommen. Der Magnetstreifen. Und vieles n
