Der Service und die Organisation, der Guide (Tsakis) und die Konzeption waren toll. In Patras hätten wir uns eine Stunde mehr Zeit gewünscht. Im Weingut hätten wir sicherlich etwas (als Mitbringsel) eingekauft, wenn es auch KLEINE Flaschen gegeben hätte. Wir sind ja alle mit dem Flieger da… :-)

Take a morning to explore this lovely portside city. Before the bargain hunting begins, you'll visit the Rio-Antirrio Bridge. Spanning across the Gulf of Corinth, it connects the Greek mainland to the Peloponnese Peninsula. In fact, it's so large that it holds the title of the world's longest cable-stayed bridge.
Afterwards, it's up to you what to do with tour free time. Find a nice tavern for lunch or get down to the serious business of shopping. Patras is old school – there are no large shopping centres, so the experience is much more enjoyable as you wander the narrow streets, popping into local boutiques and stores. Rounding off the tour is a winery visit. You can taste four different wines and while nibbling of typical local snacks.
