The trip its self was great, the service from Tui was poor. I booked the ultra package which had no option to pick the activities so we presumed we would pick on the day. I made the booking the day before we flew out, never received any confirmation. I spoke to the rep on arrival but got the impression it was his first day after hearing how he spoke to me & other customers, he did send me the confirmation the following day & told us we could pick our activities on the day - That wasn't the case
