What to expect

A visit to Seattle is not complete without a trip to the Space Needle. At a height of 520 feet, the Space Needle boasts fabulous 360-degree views that include Mount Rainier, Puget Sound, the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, the stunning Seattle skyline, and beyond.

Experience a rotating glass floor as you step onto The Loupe and enjoy the new Skyrisers as you lean into breathtaking views on the glass benches.     Couldn't see Mt. Rainier, but watching a cruise ship leave port was neat, the same one that passed by our house in Port Angeles. I have a terrible fear of heights and this wasn't so bad. Thought I felt it sway but it's supposed to right? Loved all the free photo stations. Staff were all very nice.

    We really enjoyed the Space Needle. The informative displays were great at setting g the scene. The view was magnificent across Seattle. The glass floor great but a little scary. But the commentary on the way down was stupendous, he gave a fast informative explanation all the way down.
