Meeting point:
Having the Basilica of San Marco behind you, stay on the right side of the square and go under the arches. Find Olivetti Museum, turn right, pass under the archways, cross the little bridge and go straight on to “Campo San Gallo”, Venice Tours Office is in the square, San Marco 1093/B. Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

  • Not suitable for wheelchairs, and those with reduced mobility

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

  • The official St. Mark’s Basilica ticket price is €12.00 per person (standard) or €24.00 with terrace access; the remaining part of the price covers assistance at the meeting point, accompanied entry with a certified guide or host, access to the Venice Gallery with a dedicated VR experience, the use of an audio guide or radio system with earphones and sales costs
  • The ticket includes the access to the ground floor of the Basilica. While the access to the Pala D'Oro €5 and St. Mark's Museum €7 have to be paid on site

Not allowed:

  • For security reasons, bags, purses, and backpacks are not allowed inside the Basilica

Know in advance:

  • Please note: the voucher you get after booking is not your entrance ticket. Please collect the valid tickets and the code for the audio guide at the meeting point
  • The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally high tide or religious functions; in these cases, it will be postponed or refunded
